WARSAW & BRESLAU
ATTACKED BY RUSSIANS
LONDON, September 9. I Vichy radio says that Russian planes attacked Warsaw and Breslau on Monday rJght. Breslau, 224 miles south-east of Berlin, is the capital of the important coal and iron mining province of Lower Silesia.
