MINOR INCIDENTS

(Rec. 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, Aug. 17. Reports from all parts of India indicate a considerable quietening o£ the situation. Only minor incidents have occurred at Calcutta. The curfew in New Delhi has been extended for two more days and the ban on meetings for three days. The Moslem League's working committee again met and adjourned until tomorrow, when it will consider a resolution on policy.
