JAP CONVOY DISAPPEARS
(Rec. 11 a.m.) RUGBY, August 16. A correspondent attached to General Mac Arthur's headquarters says that the Japanese convoy attacked in the last two days apparently has scattered. There was no trace of it on Saturday. —8.0. W.
