TOURS ; —. LONDON, August 14. The Turkish Goyernment has approved of five Turkish editors visiting England on September 1. A message from Berlin states that a *roup of Turkish journalists who have been touring Germany arrived at the .ftussian front and were tendered a ■banquet by General v<m Maustein.
