—*» — TOLD TO PREPARE FOR CONFLICT (Rec. 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, Aug. 14. In a broadcast to the French people from Moscow, M. Garreau, representative of the Fighting French at Kuibyshev, said: "The real fight is that at hand. Prepare for armed struggle, tot open insurrection prepared by General de Gaulle and the Government of Fighting France in agrement with the Allies." He appealed for more systematic organisation of all forms of sabotage, especially on railways, to immobilise the occupation authorities by complete inactivity. '
