The Supreme Court of the United States has denied the petitions for a writ of habeas corpus made on behalf of the eight Nazis who entered the' United States from a U-boat and are accused of being saboteurs. The effect of the ruling is to uphold the validity of the trial before a military commission, and also the order of President Roosevelt creating the commission.
