Singapore Cold Storage Co., Ltd., has been registered, in Sydney as a foreign company with a capital of 4,000.000 Straits dollars, about £600,000 New Zealand currency. The bead office is io Singapore Peter Robinson Ltd., the great London drapery establishment, reported net profit for 1941 of £17,831. against a' loss of £12,155 the previous year. Austin Motors' profits for 1941 were £1,760,893, the highest for the pa6t ten years. Dividend 20 per cent, per annum. DIVIDENDS ANNOUNCED. (By Teiegrapb-r-Press Association —Copyright.) LONDON, June 9. Cable and Wireless have announced a final dividend of 2% per cent., making a total of 4 per cent. This dividend is the same as last year's. Directors of The Robinson Ice Cream Co., Ltd., Auckland, recommend payment of a dividend of 8 p.c. : National Mortgage and Agency Co. of New Zealand has declared an interim dividend at the rate of 5 per cent, per annum for the halfyear ended March 31, payable July 1 at the National Bank of New Zealand, London. .
