THE STORM TO COME. ■ London. —Tremendous air raids on Germany were foreshadowed by Air Marshal Harris, Chief of Bomber Command, who, in an interview, said: "The Nazis will look back to the days of Lubeck, Rostock, and Cologne as men in a raging typhoon look back to the gentle zephyrs of a past summer." He was asked, "Can bombing win the war?" He pointed out it had not been tried yet, and added, "Germany will, make a most interesting subject for the initial experiment. Japan can be used to provide the confirmation."
