UNITY IN WAR EFFORT
APPEAL TO MR. FRASER
The following telegram has been sent to the Prime Minister (Mr. Fraser) by Mr. P. O. Bonhain, chairman of the "Awake N.Z. Campaign":—
"We desire to associate ourselves in the appeal made by you to the People's Movement. A supreme War Cabinet containing utmost ability in or outside the House and a truly unified Parliament are essential in the int&rests of unity and the war effort. We deprecate the lengthy negotiations with the parties in the House and appeal to you to expedite a right decision for an /all-in war effort."
