WOMEN CONDUCTORS
(P.A.) DUNEDIN, This Day. Employment of women conductors on the city tramways was approved by the City Council last night, the council adopting a report by the transport committee, which stated that a sufficient number of male applicants was not offering and suggesting the employment of women.
