UNIFORM TAX ACT TO BE CHALLENGED
MELBOURNE, June 7.
The Premier, Mr. Dunstan, announced that the constitutionality of th-! Commonwealth Government's uniform taxation Act will be challenged in the High Court, He could not indicate yet what States would be associated in the appeal to the High Court.
