EQUITABLE BUILDING. Equitable Building and Investment Co., Ltd., Wellington, reports a profit for the twelve months ended March 31, 1941, of £6348, of which £5125 is reserved for taxes, leaving a net balance of £1223; £386 was distributed on October 1, 1941, as an interim dividend of 2% per cent., leaving a balance of profit for the year of £837 5s lid. Adding ro this -figure £1671 brought forward from last year, there is available for appropriation £2508.
