SIAM'S NEW CAPITAL
LONDON, April 23. A Tokio announcement states' that Pitsunalok will be the new political capital of Siam, Bangkok remaining the principal port and trading centre.
Pitsunalok is on the main railway about 240 miles north of Bangkok.
