RANGOON AFLAME
BRITISH DESTROYING CITY
(Rec. 9 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 26. A United States pilot, after arriv-ing-at Kunming, said: "When I left Rangoon was an inferno of flames. Looters were at work, water was unobtainable, and the British were destroying everything important."
