PLANS FOR NEW COVENTRY
(Rec. noon.) RUGBY, Feb. 25. The King and Queen today visited Coventry and inspected plans for rebuilding the city which will spring up in place of the one that was blitzed by the Luftwaffe in November, 1940. The new city centre is estimated to cost, £7,000,000.—8.0. W.
