MORE CHANGES
NEW WAR MINISTER
' LONDON, February 22. More changes in the British Cabinet have been announced.
The outstanding change is that of the War Office, where Sir James Grigg replaces Captain Margessor. as Secretary for War. Sir James Grigg has been permanent Uncler-Secretary to the War Office* and this is the first time a permanent secretary has been promoted straight from his Department to the office of Minister. He is 51 years of age.
Other changes are:— Minister of Aircraft Production: Colonel. J. J. Llewellin.
