(Rec. 9 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 19.
Vichy radio, quotes Japanese headquarters as saying that, after the capture 6f Singapore the majority of the Japanese troops in Malaya were sent with the greatest speed to the Bux*ma front.
The new successes in Burma are greatly due to this movement of troops.
