UNDEFENDED DIVORCES
Two courtrooms in the Supreme Court were occupied yesterday in the hearing of undefended petitions for divorce, which were granted as follows on the grounds stated: — (Before Mr. Justice Ostler.) Ruby Johansen (Mr. Slevwrlght) was granted a judicial separation from Ollie Johansen., Decrees nisi mi the grounds stated were granted by Mr. Justice Ostler In the Supreme Court today on the following undefended petitions for divorce: —Herbert Reginald Walton (Mr. W. E. Leicester) against Evelyn Edna Walton, adultery: Marjorie Alice Holmes (Mr. Leicester) against Henry James Bowyer Holmes, mutual separation. Godfrey Ernest Mason (Mr. Leicester) _ was granted an order for restitution of conjugal rights against Margaret Nora Alason.
