U.S. BILL TO ENCOURAGE RUBBER PLANTING
WASHINGTON, February 17,
President. Roosevelt vetoed a Bill to encourage rubber planting because it was restricted to the United States. He recommended Congress immediately to consider a measure embracing all the Americas.
