RUGBY, February 18. ' > In less than four months, £1,50 0,00(l\ has been contributed to Mrs. Churchill's Red Cross Aid to Russia Fund, by the public of the British Empire. Nearly three-fifths of this money has been spent. All the surgical goods asked by the Soviet authorities will have been fully dealt with by June— the completion date notified, by the Russians. Over a million woollen garments have been bought, arid over half a million blankets for the home use of refugees who have now been restored to places evacuated by the Germans. —8.0. W.
