LONDON, February 17. A Bill is being introduced in Parliament under which the four main-line railway companies of Britain will acquire control of Thomas Cook and Sons' tourist agency. Though Coolers is popularly supposed to be a British company, control passed in 1928 to the Belgian Wagonlits Company, now under German control.
