TANGIER UNREST
(Rec. 9 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 15. The Tangier correspondent of the "Daily Telegraph" reports that an unexploded bomb was found on the morning of February 14 on the balcony of an annexe to the British Consulate. Windows of a British chemist shop were broken at the same time. Three Japanese who *have arrived are described respectively as a military attache, a. Press correspondent, and a !commercial agent.' - ■
