John Henry Foothead, a taxi-driver, was fined £2 and £1 Is costs by Mr. A. A. McLachlan, S.M., at Lower Hutt yesterday, for driving in a dangerous manner. Mr. F. W. Ongley appeared for Foothead and Mr. N. T. Gillespie for the Lower Hutt City Council.
