(Rec. 2 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 2. The Eastern Fleet will rank in importance with the Home and Mediterranean Fleets, says the naval correspondent of the "Daily Telegraph." It is« understood to include ships of the China Station, the East Indies Squadron, the Royal Australian Navy, and the Royal New Zealand Navy.
