U.S. RAILWAY DISPUTE OVER
WASHINGTON, December 1
President Roosevelt's fact-finding board announced that a settlement has been reached in the railway dispute which threatened to lead to a nationwide strike of more than 1,000,000 men on December 7.
The terms will be announced tomorrow after they have been submitted to Mr. Roosevelt.
