LEAVING FOR RUSSIA SOON ,

NEW YORK, November 19.
The Washington correspondent of the "New York Times" says that :Mjtfoa> General John Greely, until recently commandant at Fort Sam Houston, one of the largest army posts, 3S scheduled to leave soon for Archangel as the head of a large United State* military mission to Russia, with ihe object of consulting the Soviet General Staff on military problems of mutual interest. The mission will include experts in tanks, aviation, engineerie*, and communications.
Major-General Greely is a son of Ham Arctic explorer Adolphus Greely.
New York.—A Borne message statas that the rector of the American'JEpiScopal Church there, the Bcv/Hirwa Woolf, of New York, has been arresteji on the suspicion that he has been .engaged in intelligence activity.
