APPEALS FOR 300 SEAMEN
Appeals against military service on the ground of public interest on behalf, of about 300 seamen were dealt with by the Armed Forces Appeal Board today, and in the majority of cases, which had the support of the Ship Owners'' Federation, sine die. adjournments were granted. In other cases the appeals1 were held over, pending inquiries.
