PETONE TECHNICAL COLLEGE

An opportunity to see and hear the progress made by pupils' of the Hutt Valley Memorial Technical College was afforded the public of the Hutt Valley yesterday. There was a large attendance, among whom were Mr. H. G. Combs, M.P., and Wellington visitors.

In addition to viewing the displays of work done during the year, classes were seen at work in metal and wood working shops, drawing-rooms, electrical and chemical laboratories, home science rooms, art rooms, dressmaking and needlework rooms, kitchen, typing and general classrooms.
