Farinacci, former secretary of the Fascist Party in Italy, in an article in the Cremona ".'Regime Fascista," said that Germany and Italy already consider themselves warring against America.
"President Roosevelt's speech was an implicit declaration of war. When President Roosevelt sends ships into zones controlled by <the Axis he will discover what his bluff has cost the United States," he said.
