Under new regulations, Thailand has closed three more frontier districts to foreigners.
(Rec. 1 p.m.) TOKIO, Sept. 23. The "Nichinichi Shimbun" says that Thailand must sooner or later side with the Axis, or with its opponents. The paper quotes a Bangkok report that 30,000 British troops, with mechanised equipment, are concentrated on the Malay-Thai border.
