Caroline Bay moved nicely over three in 40 3-ssec; Renascor and Lacan were going well at the end of seven, the last five taking lmin 14sec; Kit-bag had too much pace for Pukeko over six in lmin 29 2-5 sec; and Sweet Anne and Greek Idol, away first, finished in front of Taane Pango after four in 55sec.
