WAR GUILT TRIALS
VICHY CREATES SPECIAL
COURT
LONDON, September 8,
A Vichy decree today established a special court of political justice to deal with those Frenchmen who are deemed responsible for causing the war.
They are the former Ministers and statesmen whom it had been intended to try at the Riom Court, and who are now under surveillance.
