Replying to inquiries from the Stock Exchange, the Acting Prime Minister (Mr. Nash) announced today that there would be no immediate issue of a National Development Loan, and if it was necessary to issue a loan early next year it would be at rates determined by the market price of securities and the conditions ruling at the time of issue. ■ .- -
