NEWTON KING, LTD.
Newton King, Ltd., has advised the Stock Exchange Association that at the annual general meeting it was decided that a dividend at the rate of £5 4s per cent, (less a deduction of 2s in the £ for national and social security taxes) be paid on September 1 to all holders of preference shares entered on the registers as at August 23.
