ESCAPED GERMANS CAUGHT
LONDON, August 17,
Another example of the vigilance of the British Home Guard is provided in the news today that they have rounded up two German prisoners of war who had escaped from an internment camp only 14 hours before.
The escapees tried to evade capture by hiding in a ditch. .
