DE GAULLISTS FROM FRENCH SHIPS
NEW YORK, August 16. The "Herald-Tribune" states that 200 French naval reserve officers have quit the liner Normandie and other French ships lying at New York. The bulk have joined Free French naval vessels in England. Twenty more recently left French, ships at Philadelphia.
