MOBILE CANTEENS
HANDING-OVER CEREMONY
The five gift mobile canteens, which have been under construction at Petone for service with the New . Zealand Forces in the Middle East, are to be handed over officially to the National Patriotic Fund Board in the grounds of Parliament House at 2 o'clock on Tuesday afternoon. They will be received by his Excellency the GovernorGeneral, Sir Cyril Newall, in his capacity as chairman of the board. A branch of the Masonic Order, the New Zealand Federation of Shop Assistants, and Native school children have given one mobile canteen each, and the other two are the gift of the staffs of Wool-worths (N.Z.), Ltd. i
