Grey River dredging return- for the week ended August 12: 352J0z from 107.510 cubic yards in 134 hours. Waitahu Gold Mining Co., Ltd. report?, the completion of paddock No 27. a return of 61oz sdwt being obtained for 31 £ shifts of eight hours each. This makes the total gold won from this paddock 12602 Bdwt. . (P.A.) CHRISTCHURCH, Aug. 15. Austral-New Zealand dredge produced 8930z bullion from 258,000 yards in 396 hours for 28 days ended midnight, August 9.
