AUCKLAND NAVAL WEDDING

The wedding was celebrated recently at the chapel at the Auckland Naval Base of Miss Neville Glenn, daughter of Mrs. and the late /If. J. A. Glenn, of Wanganui, and Lieutenant F. E Brooking, Royal Navy, son of Mrs and the late Mr. H. F. Brooking, of Sheffield, England. The ceremony was performed by tht Rev. Chaplain G. T. Robson, 0.8. E., M.C., R.N. The bride, who was given away by her uncle, Mr. F. H. Nancarrow. of Wanganui, wore a suit and hat of midnight blue, and was attended by Miss Shirley Nancarrow, who wore dusky pink with navy accessories. The bridegroom was attended by Surgeon-Lieutenant D. M. Page, Royal Navy, as best man. A reception was afterwards held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Fraser. MacmiU'ray Road. Remuera. Mrs. Glenn wore a navy ensemble. Mrs. Nan- ! carrow, the bride's aunt, was present. ! and Lieutenant-Commander Carlyon. | Royal Navy, acted as toastmaster.
