BOXING TONIGHT.
A series of bouts between me pick of the local amateurs followed by two professional contests will give Wellington boxing enthusiasts a treat at the Town Hall tonight. The big. attraction will be a welterweight contest between Mayne Morton (Hutt Valley) and Jack'Davis (Hastings). Tot Hoggarth, Dominion bantamweight champion, will meet Billy Brown, who has not yet been beaten as a professional^
