FINAL SURRENDER
ARRANGEMENTS PROCEEDING
LONDON, May 20
Today's Cairo communique says that arrangements are proceeding to complete the surrender .of Amba Alagi. The personal surrender of the Duke of Aosta was due to take place at noon today.
There are estimated to be no more than four Italian divisions still holding out in the Gondar and Jimma districts.
