JN terms ol the Lighting Restrictions Emer:' gency Regiflations, 11)41, and by direction of the Dominion Controller, I give notice: — (1) That with regard to shop windows noi directly visible from the open sea. the lighting must be so reduced tbat the Intensity measured four feet from the ground and six feet from the shop window does not exceed 0.1 (onetenth) of a toot-candle. ■'-"; (2) That light sources In shop windows must be "mounted behind a pelmet "of opaque material or paint in such position or height as to render such light source invisible from tlie street or the outside of. the shop window.
