TO RUN BLOCKADE
GERMAN SHIPS LEAVE SOUTH AMERICA
SANTIAGO, May 19. The Erlangen, the fifth German ship to leave Chilean ports at the weekend, has sailed for an unknown destination with a cargo of coal and cereals. The Rakotis has sailed from Antofagasta, and the Frankfurt has sailed from Concepcion. These, with Jie Quito and Bogota, are apparently making the effort to run the British blockade.—U.P.A.
