LONDON, May 17. A Reuter message from Toronto says that among those on board the Zamzam were 23 Canadians. The president of the British-Ameri-can Ambulance Corps said that every possible precaution for the safety of j the vessel was made before she sailed. The ship was neutral, and carried a non-belligerent cargo.
