With the exception of Mr. J. 6. Johnson, the Government nominee* all members of the Wellington Harbour Board are now non-Labour. There is a total membership of 14, built up thus: City, four representatives; the combined district of Eastbourne, Lower Hutt, Upper Hutt, Petone, Hutt and Makara Counties, and Johnsonville, two representatives; Wairapara, two representatives; Manawatu. two; payers of dues on ships, two; payers of dues other than on ships, one representative; and the Government nominee.
