U.S. EXPERTS AT WORK

Economists in Washington are studying preliminary plans whereby the world's largest agricultural nations, the United State?. Argentina, Canada, and Australia will establish the potential nucleus of an international farm,bloc to wage economic warfare against the Axis. The plan originated during a visit by the Argentine Foreign Minister, Senor Ruiz Guinazu, who is now conferring with high officials.—U.P.A.
