Fifty Congressional non-intervention-ists pledged their "unalterable opposition" to American convoys."by whatever name they may be called." They also decided to petition the Senate Foreign Affairs Committee to approve Senator Tbbey's resolution forbidding: convoys when the Committee begins^ consideration of it tomorrow. —U.P.AT
