ALIEN CONVICTED IN SAMOA
APIA. April 5.
The first conviction under the Alien Emergency Regulations has been imposed by order of the Administrator. W. Schwalger, of Malua, was convicted and fined £1 for leaving the boundary of his usual domicile, thereby breaking his parole conditions.
