LONDON, February 14.
The Rome radio said: "The meeting between Signor Mussolini and General Franco proved that the true friendship that exists between the two countries which defeated the menace of Communism for Spain is destined to play an important part in the Mediterranean. She, too, has suffered from British and French transgressions."
