AMERICAN EXPORTS
WASHINGTON, February 14,
The actual exports by the United i States of war materials for last December and for the whole of last year were (figures for full year in parentheses) :—

Jaoan did not receive war materials unde"r export licence for the whole of the year. The Washington State Department announces that the December licences for armament export to the Dutch East Indies totalled 4,902,000 dollars, mostly for warplanes. The December licences for the Straits Settlements were 10,000,000 dollars, also mostly for planes.
